Anemopsis. Silver necklace with water pearl

This original designer floral necklace with a freshwater pearl, has been entirely handmade, it is a unique piece. It is part of the φῦκος collection.

This necklace is made of solid silver 950/1000. The design is 2 cm high and 12 cm wide with a forçat chain. The necklace is closed with a lobster clasp. The total weight of the jewel is 10 gr 37 (without the stone).

 This designer jewel has been hand forged by the Galadrielle workshop, a jeweller's art craftsman. To create this original piece, the jeweller first made sketches and drawings before assembling silver plates and wires that were cut and then soldered together. To make the jewel precious and shiny, it was completely polished by hand.

 The necklace is topped with a fine stone, an oval freshwater pearl.

 The freshwater pearl is the inner coating of certain mollusc shells, composed of aragonite crystals, with iridescent reflections.

With a hardness of 2.5 to 5 on the Mohs scale

Due to the difference in light and screen settings, the colour of the stone may differ slightly from the images.
