Art nouveau brooch

This art nouveau brooch made of brushed plates and threads is limited to 8 numbered copies. Because the jewel is handcrafted and handmade, each piece of the series is a little different each time.

This brooch of about 7.5 cm by 2 cm has been made in solid silver 950/1000. The total weight of the jewel is 11 gr. The clasp of the brooch is a ball joint in silver, the needle is in steel.

This brooch of creator out of solid silver was forged with the hand by the workshop of Galadrielle, craftsman of art jeweller. To shape this original creation, the jeweler first made sketches and drawings before assembling plates and silver threads that were cut and then welded together. To make the jewel precious and shiny, it was entirely polished by hand.
